About Jednota Mikulov
Jednota, spotřební družstvo v Mikulově is a regional retail cooperative focused on selling food, drugstore items and general merchandise. It operates its own network of grocery stores across the Břeclav district and parts of the Brno‑venkov region in South Moravia. The network includes both small village stores and larger supermarkets supplied from a central logistics center in Hustopeče.

Initial challenge
Jednota Mikulov faced ineffective stock management that negatively affected stock availability and depreciations. Store employees were overwhelmed with administrative work, spending up to five hours a day managing orders instead of focusing on customers.

The goal was to standardize and automate the ordering and shopping process, improve stock structure and promotion efficiency, and free up staff time, while increasing stock availability and reducing the impact of depreciations.
