Angry Beards had outgrown their original 1941 facility, where 450 pallets were scattered across four floors. The fragmented layout limited efficiency and could not support the pace of sales growth.

Design a logistics concept for a new warehouse that meets current operational needs and remains functional for projected growth up to 1B CZK in turnover within the next decade.
